It combines the disciplinary perspectives of educational science, sociology, psychology and related social sciences. You can find more information on our <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/doingtransitions.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/GRK-2105-Doing-Transitions_Research-Programme-2.-F\u00f6rderphase.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">research programme<\/a> as well as our <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/doingtransitions.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/GRK-2105-Doing-Transitions-Training-Programme-en-2.-F\u00f6rderphase.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">training programme<\/a> &#8211; please read these documents carefully before application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The universities are committed to equal opportunities of men and women and therefore invite and encourage women to apply.
