A qualitative study on the perspectives of students” is that a degree does not only mean the entrance into a new educational institution, but involves many changes: Excerpts from the home, responsibility for one’s own household, changes in the school-related circle of friends, building new social contacts etc. Thus, this transition means the formation of a new phase of life, in which numerous ideas of normality and discourses are stored, which thus determine the experience and the design of this phase of life. The present research project addresses the empirical questions with which challenges they confront the young adults, which resources they use and how the young adults shape this transition.
