Curriculum Vitae
Khira Sippli (M.A.) studied Political Science and Sociology at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen and the Université de Lausanne.
From 2016 to 2022, she was a research associate at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IAW) in Tübingen, working on various research projects and program evaluations in the fields of Social Code II (SGB II) and health promotion.
Since January 2023, she has been a research associate at the Center for Evidence-Based Healthcare (ZEGV) at the Faculty of Medicine, TU Dresden. She works on the G-BA Innovation Fund project “ImplementDiGA,” focusing on the implementation of digital health applications in the German healthcare system.
Research Interests
Qualitative Methods; Evaluation; Sociology of Professions; Health Services Research, particularly Interprofessional Collaboration in Healthcare and Digital Health.
Doctoral Project: “Transitions of Physicians into Retirement”
The doctoral project examines how physicians in Germany decide, plan, and manage their transition into retirement, with a focus on individual experiences. To investigate this research question, individual interviews are conducted with physicians from various specialties who have either retired or plan to retire by 2024.
